​    I am the founder of the Best Club, Imagination, Creation and Execution of Best Club, which is located in Rajarajeshwari Nagar.

      During the planning stage of the RR Nagar layout, I had a long-term vision to create a club that would be accessible to employees and their children, rather than being reserved only for the royal category. In order to provide this opportunity, I reserved three acres of shallow land for a boat club, as no other club had this feature. I also earmarked four acres of land for public utility and sports usage, including a 30,000 square foot clubhouse and amenities such as three swimming pools, three shuttle courts, two tennis courts, a junior skating rink, two  restaurants, and billiards. I identified a civic community area full of coconut trees as a recreation centre and maintained the trees as they were, rather than destroying them. I also constructed a check dam in the shallow area to create a man-made lake, which serves as a source of borewell water and facilitates the operation of the boat club.
